The main product that was developed to start the company was the puppy corral. I wanted to design an enclosure that would give us room to whelp a litter and be user friendly thru to 8, 10 weeks or longer/

This was accomplished with the puppy corral. There are 2 different areas. For the first few weeks one area is safe home for bitch with the pups which has a pig rail, the other area is for mom to eat, drink and be away from pups. After the pig rail is removed the divide is replaced with a walk-thru for puppies to have an area to potty. In our standard sizes the small area will accept a pan from a crate. That is why we have the sizes as 36, 42, 48 and 54. I have designed a pen that is durable, lightweight and assembles with no tools.

Soon I realized that 2 other applications were needed.

A whelping box is only for those who had smaller areas and a dog or puppy pen which had nothing to do with breeding.

This was very easy to accommodate since our pieces are all sold separately. One must buy 4 corners and 2 sides and 2 ends to make any size pen. We make many standard whelping boxes with pig rails.

The assembly is 2 pins in each corner to connect sides. The bag of assembly hardware consists of 8 pins which are inserted by hand. All other parts drop into place. The assembly is the same for puppy corral, whelping box or dog pen.

All units start with 4 corners, 2 ends and 2 sides that would make a pen. If you add a pig rail you have a whelping box. Then 2 drop-ins make a corral. All units are purchased by the piece so many sizes can be built. Custom units are only a small % over standard listed. One of these units may be what you need but I will show below how all three can be achieved. I will price one of the medium sizes for the example.

Now you have a whelping box small enough to have in your bedroom for the first week for those who want to keep that close eye or have limited space. A puppy corral is attractive enough to put in any room of the home and a 72×96 pen durable for exterior use.
